We understand that there are times when you need to see an emergency dentist.
Broadshires Implant & Aesthetics Dental Practice offer emergency appointments and will do their best to arrange last-minute appointments for you. We reserve same-day appointments for emergency cases, so please phone as early in the day as possible.
If you need to see a dentist out of hours and you require emergency dental care, call the 24-hour 111 service for help and advice.
For all our Denplan members, if you are in pain when the practice is closed, you can call Denplan on 0800 401 402.
Do you need guidance on what to do in an emergency, or help in finding a dentist in the UK? You can call our 24/7 Emergency Helpline team on 0800 844 999. They’re there to support you whenever you need it, providing advice on the best course of action.
Even when you're abroad, our team are on hand to help. Call +44 1962 844 999 when outside of the United Kingdom. They’ll be able to tell you what kind of treatment you’re covered for, along with any advice on next steps.

Complaints ProcedureOur goal at Broadshires Implant & Aesthetic Dental Practice is to provide the highest quality care to all our patients in a timely manner.
However, we cannot run smoothly if patients miss or cancel appointments without giving sufficient notice. To help ensure we give our patients the best service, we are required to plan appointments carefully to respect everyone’s time. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients if cancelling an appointment is necessary, we require that you call at least 48 hours in advance.
Our appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
Missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a late cancellation fee or if you have paid a deposit, your deposit being charged as a cancellation fee.
Hygiene appointments will be charged at the full fee.
